The home itself is located at “Sunrise point” (considered a prime location in Treasure Cay). The half acre lot consists of 85 Feet of beachfront on beautiful Windward Beach. The calm seas are perfect for swimming, snorkeling and strolling or to simply gaze serenely onto the waters as dolphins, rays and turtles swim by.
This home was built in the summer of 2012 and fully renovated in the summer of 2022. Great attention was given to detail, quality and style. The kitchen consists of high-end Brookhaven wood cabinetry, quartz counter-tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances (Fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and microwave) The nearby dining area allows seating for up to 10 people, plus seating for three at the kitchen bar space.
The home features two (2) identical, exquisite master suites overlooking the beach. The rooms include King size beds, a large closet, a modern dresser set, LED TV’s and feature spacious marble en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs and separate showers. In addition, elegant sliding doors open onto the marble floored, covered porch.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, large closet, modern dresser set, LED TV and a large en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The fourth bedroom consists of 2 twin truddle beds (which allows for 4 people to each have their own mattress), a large closet, LED TV and an adjoining bathroom.
The rear of the home leads onto a spacious, covered carrera marble-clad porch which features a high-end modular sectional sofa, and a dining table that seats 10. Step off this porch on to a large beach sand lawn overlooking the white fine powder sand ocean beach just below. There you can walk for miles or swim in crystal clear waters. This is living in paradise!
In addition to this great layout, the home also features so many modern amenities that it would be hard to believe you are actually on an island. This includes reliable, high-speed wireless Internet. Also, 5 LED smart TV’s which have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus etc.
The rental will also include all the luxuries that one would find in a high-end boutique hotel and more. These include all linens, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryers in each bathroom and loads of kitchen ware.
Pictures simply do not do this home justice. It is absolutely spectacular inside and out and will not disappoint even the most discriminating renters.
Take a 2 minute walk out the sandbar at low tides and find hoards of Sand dollars, wade to Sunrise Cay (a tiny island off of the tip of Treasure Cay), take an Island hopping trip to the out islands....or simply prop your feet up and pull out that book.
Treasure Cay World Class Marina is very popular with sport fishermen and hosts several billfish tournaments every year. Resort amenities also include bone fishing, diving, snorkeling, island hopping, tennis, golf, and a host of other activities. Boating is great in The Abacos and you will want to visit quaint New Plymouth on Green Turtle Cay, Bakers Bay or Orchid Bay Resorts on Great Guana Cay, The Sail Shop and Joe's Studio on Man O War Cay and historic Hope Town on Elbow Cay. This is a wonderful area and is located less than an hour from Florida by plane or six hours by boat! Paradise is not that far away!
