Summary: Front desk staff were great!! Very helpful with directions from the hotel into central London. The room was lovely,and very comfortable bed. Roof top bar was a bit disappointing,not a great choice of drinks and limited seating unless you are eating,we were told that it is run independently from Virgin. Overall nice hotel but unfortunately during our stay there was a very bad smell,damp and musty in the corridoors and lift areas but not in the room.
