It's 1500 sq. ft. a two bedroom 2.5 bathhouse. We have one bedroom with a king bed, dresser, walk-in closet and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds, a tv, bluray, and it's own private bathroom. The patio has a small seating area complete with a gas grill. The living room has a Roku and high speed internet and the kitchen has everything you need including coffee :)
