Welcome to our spacious one bedroom, one bathroom condo located just steps away from Walnut Street in the vibrant and upscale neighborhood of Shadyside. This fully equipped unit is perfect for both short or extended stays, and is within walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and more!
The condo is ideal for traveling nurses, doctors, and other medical staff, as it is only a 10-minute walk to UPMC Shadyside. It is also conveniently located near several universities including Carnegie Mellon, University of Pittsburgh, Carlow, and Chatham, making it great for college visits and sporting events.
As you enter the condo, you will find yourself in a spacious living/dining area complete with a comfortable couch that pulls out into a queen bed. The bedroom features a large king-sized bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, 32" Smart TV, and a small desk and desk chair. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the kitchen basics you will need for your stay, including plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, kettle, coffee maker, and pots & pans. The bathroom is fully stocked with bathroom essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, and towels for all guests.
The unit is located in the basement of the building, and the entrance is in the rear of the building with 11 steps leading down to the basement area where the laundry facilities are located. Both the doors to the basement and the unit have smart locks for ease of check-in.
In addition to the fully equipped unit, we also offer guests free driveway parking on premises for one vehicle, and free street parking. We also have a security camera overlooking the parking area, front porch, front of the property, and the laundry area for added safety.
With a 50" HDTV and access to Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix, as well as a dedicated workspace and free WiFi, our condo is perfect for both leisure and business travelers.
