Property has a double boat slip with power & running water dockside. One side has a 10k lift to keep your boat out of the water when not in use. As you exit the canal you will be in beautiful Soldiers creek. A short boat ride to Robinson island, pirates cove, flora bama and all Orange beach and the area has to offer. Property is only 8 miles to Alabama pass. 15 minutes from Owa amusement park and the Foley area. 3.5 miles to Soliders creek golf course. Public launch for boat(s) is 1 mile via land and only 10 minute boat ride back to the property. Property has 2 bedrooms 1 bath inside and 1 outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Property has plenty of parking for your boat trailer and vehicles.
