Families, friends, welcome in my beautiful house!
This spacious 1900sqft 3 bedroom 2 bath house is located on a canal with direct access to the Manatee River.
The private dock is the perfect place to relax, fish, or just enjoy the outdoors.
It is located on an inlet that provides hours of entertainment watching mullets jump out of the water, birds of all sorts flying by and maybe a visit from a manatee
We are only 2.5 miles from I-75 and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment.

The space
The master bedroom features a king sized bed, closet, Roku TV, and a private full bath.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed a large closet, and a smart TV.
Bedroom 3 has two bunk bed (sleep for 4). This bedroom also features a closet and smart TV.
In the bonus room you will find a full size pool table for family entertainment.(please do not sit or put anything else on that table)
Second bathrooms include a whirlpool tub.
Towels, wash cloths, and beach towels are provided.
The very large living room features a sofa and a pretty big smart TV. Smart tv is provided in all bedrooms, however, you will need to use your own log in/ account. High speed Wifi is also provided.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, pots/pans, and baking necessities. Dishes and silverware to accommodate at least 8.
We also provide a washer and dryer for our guests that is located in the garage area.
Please contact us prior to booking if you plan to bring your boat to store at the dock since there is a boat lift located
The dining room table will comfortably fit 6.
Events and parties will not be tolerated. Please no loud music or fireworks.
Smoking in the house is not permitted.
An electronic door keypad is used to access the house. For added security, our codes are changed for each group of guests.
The front yard , backyard and dock are under 24 hour active video surveillance.
Guest access
The entire house and yard is accessible to guests.
There is also a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom detached apartment in the back that sleeps 4 people. If you have a large family union you can rent out both houses if it’s available. You would only share the back yard and the dock area with the 2 houses.
