The level lot provides plenty of parking for guests. Two story home with covered deck on two sides, on both the top, and bottom floor with plenty of patio furniture for all. Outdoor amenities are a single boat slip dock, with swim pier and ladder. A private non-shared boat launch for you to enjoy if you have boats. There are zero steps to the boat dock and water. Enjoy grilling your favorite foods on the charcoal grill. Outdoor 2nd refrigerator/freezer. Fire pit with complimentary firewood. Inside on the first floor enjoy the open kitchen, living, and dining area. Perfect for large groups to congregate and entertain. The kitchen come fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, additional ice maker on counter for large groups. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor.
