The living room has a futon. The open plan living area leads to a large deck in back overlooking woods and a meadow graced by a wet weather stream. The large side yard is perfect for children to run and play and features an outdoor fire pit. A 2 minute walk down the quiet, dead end street brings you to the deck on the river with your own swimming hole (Average depth 4 1/2 to 5 feet, no diving!) complete with a natural cut to launch your kayak.
Sunshine Cottage is equipped with central heat/air, Wifi, Direct tv, washer/dryer, charcoal grill with your first bag of charcoal supplied, all new appliances (fridge has ice maker,) ceiling fans, wood burning fireplace with firewood supplied, 2 parking areas, LED lighting.
