You're in it! One of Kansas Cities most beloved downtown neighborhoods! The River Market. This Trendy exposed brick studio sits on top of one of the neighborhood's most popular bar restaurants! (If you like to go to bed early this may not be the right unit for you, bar closes at midnight during the week and 1:30am on the weekends). You can take in the sounds and smells of Kansas City while relaxing in this cozy studio or step outside and ride the street car to any number of popular spots. Enjoy!

Some things to note: The bar noise does come up through the floor but I do provide earplugs for my light sleepers. Also I am working on getting the bath tub refinished, its clean, just looks worn.
Any part of the studio is available for guests
I personally live down the street and will be handing you the keys to the unit. I am always available for my guests so please don't hesitate to reach out to my cell if you need to :)
River Market is one of KC favorite neighborhoods, from the red brick lofts, to the farmers market many Kansas City-ans call this place home. Being about half a mile away from the Power and Light district and Crossroads Art district is also a plus!
Street Car right outside the studio; Uber and Lift are also very popular.
