Luxurious house zen style with stunning 4Br/2Ba features a beautiful pool + jacuzzi, waterfront canal access with kayaks, stocked kitchen, 2 dining areas with bbq and parilla, Smart TV, 2 high-end mattresses and a water bed.

The space
Very spacious living room with large dining table and stainless steel countertop kitchen island. Fully Equipped kitchen with tea and drip coffe or nespresso coffee machine.

The master room features a large walk-in closet and its own private bathroom.
One guest room features a luxurious king size bed and the other guest room has a queen size bed.

The office space has a green sofa bed that can potentially accommodate an extra guest.

Guest access
I will personally meet and greet the guests.

Other things to note
Recycling goes in the green trashcan outside and it's picked up every Saturday morning. Regular trash goes in the black trashcan and it gets picked up every Monday and Thursday.

Please make sure to turn off AC and lock all the doors and windows when leaving.

Please note that the garden has a multitude of wildlife, from wild ducks to iguanas and manatees in the river. None of these animals are dangerous or would ever attack humans.

This is my house that I occasionally rent out on short term. As much as I love them I’m allergic to cats and dogs so unfortunately they’re not allowed. Thanks for understanding.
