If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, without approval and or paying an additional pet fee, of $110.00 for one pet, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited. If more than one pet are brought to the property, then an additional fee of $75.00 per pet observed will be chared to the guest to cover additional cleaning charges.
