Summary: The location was perfect, we love Sunny Isles. The beach chair & umbrella service was wonderful. The views from the suite amazing! The kitchen had lots of space with basic tools. The entire unit was clean and as advertised. Limited TP and only hand soap in the bathrooms. Limited dishwashing pods. There is a Dollar store and CVS right across the street. The fitness centre was very well equipped with a view of the beach. The residents and staff were very friendly and helpful. There are extra charges to be aware of. 100 for a tenant evaluation, even our 10 stay was considered a short term lease. 25/person for digital IDs to get into the building and operate the elevator. 10 to register a carIrina was attentive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again.
