This is a flexible unit with room for your friends and family. Master bedroom has king bed set with private bath. Master bath is spacious with soaking tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. Bedroom has access to 4th floor balcony with views of the ocean and bay. Bedroom 2 also on the upper level has a pyramid bunk, private bath. Bedroom 3 is on the first level and provides a queen bedroom set and private bath. Living Room has a 2 story open area with large windows and L sofa with the queen pull out bed. Tastefully decorated with beach theme wall murals and furnished with comfortable beds, sofas, and chairs.
Large gourmet kitchen offers new GE appliances, Black Granite counters, custom natural wood cabinets, a new central air conditioning system has been installed in 2018. You will enjoy the 2 level balconies in this mid-town Ocean City location. There is a view of the bay from both level balconies and a peak of the ocean. Convenient to shopping plaza with supermarket and restaurants and bars. 1 reserved parking place with overflow for 2nd car. Extra free street parking is available. Condo is equipped with great electronics including WiFi, Xfinity HD cable service, 1 Blu-ray player with Netflix access for additional entertainment. Bedroom TV's are new and smart for easy access to streaming services.
