This condo is on the 4th floor just steps away from the elevator. The unit has 3 bedrooms - the master with a king-size bed, one guest room with a queen bed and twin bunks, and the other guest room has a queen bed. Enjoy football games and movie nights in the living room on the new sectional sofa. The dining area has a large table that seats six as well as four barstools at the kitchen counter.
Duncan Bridge Resorts has a pool and boat docks with assigned slips, so you have a boat slip for your boat during your stay. The condo does have its own private laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. We offer plenty of bath towels as well as all the standard kitchen equipment.
