As you step inside this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting space filled with natural light and a calming neutral palette. There is a boat lift designed for a pontoon that may be used if suitable for your boat type. Easily launch your own boat or rent one at the Duncan Bridge Marina - only a short 10-minute drive away!
