You have full access to the boat dock and enough parking space for a boat. Only this dock is available for use, we ask that you do not go on the neighboring docks.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM or after. Check-out is at 11:00 AM or before that time so that housekeeping can get the house ready for next guest. Entry camera monitored.
If staying for more than 10 days, an extra cleaning by our crew is required ($250)
