Four new televisions (32 inch upstairs in childrens' sleeping area, 40 in. on the main level, 55 inch in the lower den, 55 in. in the outdoor entertainment building). Gas grill.
This house is located on a beautiful 3 acre private lot which backs up to natural forest and Clear Creek Recreation area. Gorgeous aluminum double decker dock, swim dock and fishing pier. Easy walk to the dock with zero steps. One slip available for renter's use. Size of slip: 9' x 24' with an 8' ceiling. Power on dock. Paddle boat for the renters use as well as a corn hole game for the yard.

We accept three (3) night reservations for the Peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week - 4th of July week has a 5 night minimum - OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night min. (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)
