Ample parking, privacy, shared pier for securing your boat, and unique amenities makes this home one of the greatest getaways on False River.
First floor has the master bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, living area, bar, and oversized dining table. Walk out onto the patio and enjoy the Lakeview in awe. The second floor you will find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and set of twin bunks. The second upstairs bedrooms has 2 queen beds with a doorway to walk out onto the large balcony and enjoy the incredible unobstructed view of False River. The balcony is also accessible from the backyard via external staircase.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, small appliances, plates and flatware. Bar contains drinkware and tools to create your drinks to enjoy your time. To ease the time while relaxing, dishwasher and in-house laundry available.
Small grass area directly off the back door between the pier. Access to the pier to secure your boat using the cleats. The slips/lifts are not available for use during the stay. Parking is limited to 2 cars.
