Full bath, living room and dining room all on main floor. Enjoy the 65" smart tv and over-sized games! The second story has 3 bedrooms and a handsome full bathroom. There is a public pavilion and beach- full of beach glass- a brisk walk away, at the corner of Lakeside and Chautauqua Blvd. WITH CAUTION: This property sits 60’ above Lake Erie. While it makes for incredible views, visitors must be aware that there is no fence or railing along the bluff. Children should not be left unattended in back yard.
