We pride ourselves for having an impeccable reputation for offering an upscale experience and have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings, unless approved by host at time of booking. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use sensors in our building to detect the noise level and the number of guest inside the unit. The number of people inside the loft may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. We hope to keep a very accommodating experience for all our guests, but if removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. We know how much you love your furry pets, so we wanted to make our unit accessible to you. They must always be on a leash outside your unit, throw waste into the trash bin outside and not inside your unit (tie it up in a bag), must be potty trained, no loud barking, flea or tick free, must stay in kennel when you leave the unit, and not allowed on the couch or guest bed. The fee for each pet is $60. Please don't forget to include them in your reservation.
