Positive: The location felt a little strange initially as it felt like we were driving into nowhere. But when we got to the house, things were clean and ordered. Everything was easy to find. We found ourselves very comfortable.

Negative: I don't know that anything needed to be 'better' per se. The extra fees were VERY high, we paid more in fees than we did for the rental itself. I saw some reviews mentioned it was dirty, that was not our experience at all. We found it very clean.
