In Crestwood you will find parks, restaurants, bars, and public transport. There is a Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Aldi, and just about every fast food joint you can think of within 1.5 miles.
The space
This is a 60 year old home with an adjoined living and dining room, den, open kitchen, master bedroom with full bathroom, guest bedroom, office, guest bathroom in the hallway, screened in patio, a concrete driveway, and a carport. There is no carpet in the home. There is a desk in the living room for those of you that work from home. You’ll love my place because of the comfy furniture, open kitchen, and the coziness of the den.
Guest access
The office (the first room on the left side of the hallway) is always locked. Feel free to use either bathroom. I have 3 brown leather couches that you are welcome to sleep on. Please be kind to the leather and do not place sharp or jagged materials on it. The largest couch in the living room reclines.
Other things to note:
If you have a well behaved pet then I will consider your stay on an individual basis. Please reach out and ask!
The hot tub is only for guest staying for over 5 days or more. If you are staying for less and want to use it, please reach out and I will try to arrange this for you, for a small fee.
