Our house is exceptionally clean and comfy located in the city limits of Franklinton, Louisiana, home of the country’s largest FREE fair. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or small family The house is loaded with amenities.
TINY HOUSE FEATURES:
Fire pit, a spacious private backyard for kids and pets to run around, breakfast tray with legs for a romantic breakfast in bed or for snacking and/or working.
KITCHEN: Fridge with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, cooking basics, dishware, pots and pans
GENERAL: Keyless entry, electric fireplace, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, linens/towels, iron/board
NOTE: The glass shower enclosure is very slender, the measurements are: 32 in. W x 32 in. L x 76 in. H. It accommodates only one person at a time. It is equipped with a rainfall shower head and a hand held shower.
COMPLIMENTARY: Water, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine
SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS/SAFETY : There are four recording outdoor surveillance cameras that monitor the exterior/outside of the premises. The cameras monitor the front yard/ front door entrance, the back yard /deck entrance, and the drive way. There is a fire and alarm system. There is also a carbon monoxide detector plugged in the wall in the bedroom PLEASE do not tamper our camera and/or safety devices or their components.
*There are no cameras or recording devices on the inside of our house.
PRIVATE HOT TUB: One of the benefits of our house is the hot tub and its potential to help guests unwind, massage achy muscles, and recharge.
The hot tub accommodates two people. Proper swimwear is required while using the hot tub at all times.
Our hot tub is on a regular weekly cleaning and service schedule. On rare occasions, you may not be able to use the tub for a short time after it has been serviced. We apologize for this inconvenience in advance, but it is necessary to keep the tub sanitized.
PETS: We only accept dogs. A $100 pet fee must be paid prior to check in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
SMOKING 🚬 : Guest can smoke on the backyard deck, ash trays are provided for you. PLEASE do not smoke or vap (eg cannabis, cigarettes etc) inside of our house. This is a strictly enforced rule.
SERVICE ANIMAL🦮 : Service animals are always allowed; however, we follow the laws set forth by the State of Louisiana, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and Fair Housing Act.
