Additional beds can be provided upon request. There is a large back deck with grilling, a large family room, dining room, and sitting room as well as a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing board, and iron. There is 1 TV in the house, which is located in the large family room which is HDMI compatible so Fire TV, Apple TV, and Chromecast work. There is no cable TV in the house, only internet /wifi.
Access to the house is made via the lockbox on the back door of the house, which is accessible by taking the stairs and ramp at the end of the driveway.
This is for family rentals only.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we cannot have problems with our neighbors, who are all nice people, many of whom have been there for decades.
We have a no-event/party policy; to be respectful to our neighbors.
No outdoor noise after 8:00 pm as well.
There is no street parking at this house, only parking in the driveway.
This is a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $75 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
