The open concept Great Room features polished Italian Botticino Marble floors and the bedrooms, hand-scraped Moroccan Walnut hardwoods. There is a private Pool and Spa with covered Cabana featuring cool lighting, a fan and TV! Inside the house you'll find another seating area, a massive dining table, a six-foot long fireplace (for those cooler winter nights) and a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances. If you prefer to cook out, there is of course a BBQ grill, and you can dine on the amazing 'Sky Deck' that looks out to Tarpon Bay! If you rent a boat while you stay (recommended) you can keep it in the covered private dock. You are just two miles from Marco Island and some stunning beaches. Three miles from the nearest golf course and less than twenty minutes from world class dining and shopping on 5th Avenue in downtown Naples! For the more adventurous, try exploring the Florida Everglades! In two hours, you can be in Miami, Tampa in three and Disney World in three and a half! There is even a ferry that leaves right from Marco Island that will take you to Key West for the day!
