Summary: Everything was great - breakfast, the room, check-in, cleanliness, housekeeping - except for two things. First the mattress in our room was plenty big enough. It was clean with warm covers and soft sheets and pillows BUT it had a valley in the middle big enough for a mountain spring to run clear through!
