Brand new 3 bedroom 3 bath house within walking distance to Texas Tech University. Awesome third story rooftop balcony with great views of historic South Overton neighborhood. Local artwork throughout the house adds additional charm to the beautifully decorated interior. This home provides comforts like fast WiFi Roku Netflix parking laundry and work spaces in every room. Proximity to campus makes for an easy game day experience and is convenient to anyone in town for university events.
Each of the three bedrooms has a super comfy queen or king size bed with a desk to sit at and work from throughout your stay. The two downstairs bedrooms contain queen beds and the second floor bedroom contains the king size. Bedside lamps also have a built in USB charger for your phone and other electronics. Two of the three bedrooms have TV's in them. n n Each bathroom is equipped with floor-to-ceiling tiled showers and all the towels and wash cloths that you will need. Body wash soap and shampoo provided in each bathroom. n nThe kitchen and living room of the property are located on the second floor. n nThe living room is outfitted with a comfortable sectional a large Roku equipped TV and extra blankets for the colder times of the year. n nThe kitchen of this house has everything you will need to cook during your stay and a large island to sit at during your meals. A Keurig coffee machine is provided with k-cups for you coffee lovers. n nOn the third floor of the building is a private balcony with seating for 6 people. This balcony overlooks the historic South Overton neighborhood and allows for views of the campus up top. Take a look at the original brick roads from this view or look west and see the Texas Tech Bell Tower. n nParking is provided on either the street in front of the building or in the back of the unit in the paved and gated parking lot. n nThe whole space is yours to use with the exception of the locked cleaning closet. n nOur interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We are always available by text or phone call and pride ourselves on our quick responses. The home is within walking distance to the Broadway shops and bars Texas Tech campus and AT&T Jones Stadium. The Marsha Sharp freeway starts just north of the house and offers convenient access to South Lubbock for shopping and hip restaurants. The neighborhood is very safe and parking is free in the gated parking lot or on the street. n nVery centrally located! TTU campus and stadium can be accessed by simply heading west towards University. The house is located directly off University and makes travel very convenient. The house is very close to Broadway and downtown for live music drinks or dinner. Guests can access the loop by heading south on University. Other than Uber options for ground transportation in Lubbock are poor and although the neighborhood is convenient to the University and downtown a car is still recommended.
