Come enjoy the SECLUSION AND SERENITY of this sprawling lake house. This property is on its on lake with access to the larger Smith Lake. If no waves are desired,.this is the house. Plenty of room for multiple families. Hang out at the waters edge or on the dock with no steps to the water. This property accesses Smith Lake through tunnels under the highway that the kids will love going through.
High-end amenities - custom decorated home with lots of room. This house has everything you will need or want for your lake vacation! This property has so many places for you to enjoy the outdoors! The yard is shaded most of the day, so you can sit out and visit with family and friends. Enjoy views of the lake from the screened in porch or gather around the fire pit at night. The kitchen is perfect for gathering and cooking on the Chef's range and cook top. Dining room seats 12 comfortably, with places for another 8 on the deck, 4 in the kitchen, and 4 at the bar..

Very few steps to the dock, Boat Slip is available for guest's use and there is plenty of room to tie your boat up to the dock. No power on the dock. Solar lighting on the dock.

This property requires going through tunnels to get to the main part of Smith Lake. The tunnels are accessible at various water levels. The main tunnel is accessible in a boat with no top or Bimini when the water level is at summer pool (510msl). The depth will be ~4' deep and you will have ~6 feet of head room. The other tunnel is accessible at ~503msl. The water will be 3-4' deep and you will have 6-7' of head room. We do not recommend this property if you have a top or tower on your boat that cannot be easily lowered.
Peak Season: No Saturday to Saturday rentals. (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday are fine).
