3 Bedroom House in Rio Mar Beaches, Daytona Beach
Named after our beloved golden doodle, this house is much like her: easy to love. It's a four-minute walk to the beach; a two-minute walk to the intercoastal; walking distance to mini-golf, cafes, restaurants, and nightlife; and quick drive to universities, the Speedway, and Daytona activities. Stella’s Beach House is dog-friendly and includes living and dining areas, remote workspace, kitchen with coffee bar, front and back patios, laundry, and a large green space.
We have three bedrooms that accommodate four adults and two children only with two queen beds and two bunk beds. There is one bathroom that has a shower, and the other bathroom has a sink and toilet only. This is a 1,300-square foot property so it has a small footprint and is not designed for more than six people.
Guests can access the entire house and garage for laundry. They can also access the front and back yards.
Please note that this house is not designed for charging an electric vehicle. Doing so may lead to power issues during your stay, including tripped circuit breakers.
This house is for people to enjoy while they are here in Daytona Beach to work, play, and have fun. It is a quiet beachside neighborhood, so this house is not designed for large numbers of people or parties.
