Pool Safety: Children must always be supervised by an adult while swimming. Do not give minors the code to the pool gate padlock and always keep it locked when not in use.
Surrounding Property: A creek runs along the back left corner of the property, with a chain-link fence spanning over it. Please be aware of this feature and keep an eye on your children.
Additional Guidelines: No pets are allowed, and any evidence of pets will result in a $300 fee. Smoking indoors incurs a $500 fine, and a cleaning fee applies for hair dye or glitter use. Please dispose of smoking materials in the firepit, not on the ground.
Maintenance & Cleanliness: Yard and pool maintenance may occur during your stay, and we will inform you of any scheduled work as soon as possible. For your peace of mind, video and photos are taken after each cleaning for inventory and cleanliness purposes.
Starter Supplies: We provide starter packs of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, and toiletries. After these are used, guests will need to purchase additional supplies.
